Can I get your zone valve with a sweat connection on one end and NPT on the other?

Yes, you can! The Caleffi Z2 and Z3 valve bodies are available with 1" male union (straight) threads. The 2-way body is code number Z200687 and the 3-way body is Z300687. The 1" union threads accommodate our 1" union nut, which fits a wide variety of 1/2" to 1" tailpiece fittings including male NPT, sweat, and press. This gives you total flexibility to mix/match fittings for unique applications, truck stock or even distributor inventory. We even have an extended 3/4" press fitting (NA16265L) which gives you extra lay length for retrofit projects where you need to cut out and replace an old 3/4" valve (any brand).

Hello,
My radiant heat system has four zone valves that are 20 years old and I wish to replace/upgrade them. The current valves are discontinued. They are SPARCO Power Track 24v 4-wire 2-way normally closed with 3/4" threaded valve body connections. I have attached a picture of one of the valve bodies I removed. I "think" they refer to these as a flared or inverted flare connection but I am not a plumber. Do you have zone valves/connections that would adapt to my system (remove old, insert new)?

Thank you!

Hello,

I have 4 discontinued SPARCO zone valves in my system. (24v, 2 way, cv unknown, 4-wire, normally closed) with threaded connections on both ends. All four connect to a "manifold" with a 1" nut and the other end connects with a similar nut that is attached to the flex tubing and the end of the tubing has a flared (or inverted flare?) fitting with O-rings that seat into the valve body end. Do you have a zone valve that would be a direct replacement for my old stuff? Picture attached.......thank you!

Hello Joe, Caleffi does have a similar zone valve with thermo-electric actuators under our 6767 or 6762 series.  Clicking the link will take you to the product technical brochure with measurements.
