An Inspiring Mechanical Room Upgrade

Creating five zones using Caleffi zone valves and relay controls to simplify programming and wiring was essential in Tip Top Plumbing's (Manitoba, Canada) design for a homeowner's combination heating/cooling and domestic hot water system.  Bill Olschewski's installation aso included Caleffi air vents, an AutoFill™ valve for ease of system fill, a DISCAL® air separator and the popular DIRTMAG® dirt separator for protecting the system from magnetic and non-magnetic debris.  Olschewski's installation not only resulted in a happy customer, but his design also won the April winning entry in the Caleffi Excellence contest.

Tip Top Plumbing's winning entry was determined by most audience votes received during a recently held Coffee with Caleffi™ webinar.  He is now a contender for the grand prize:   a trip to our global headquarters in Italy.  After 12 months, the grand prize winner will be chosen from the 12 monthly winners by a panel of industry experts and Caleffi executives.
