Renewal of ISO 9001:2015 Certification

In April of 2024, the ISO 9001:2015 certification renewal audit was carried out by the BSI, with the involvement of all Caleffi departments. We are extremely pleased to announce and share the excellent result of the inspection which has made it possible to renew the certification for the next three years: not a single non-conformity was encountered.

We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone for their dedication to everyday activities and their commitment to continuous improvement, aspects that are highly valued not only in these circumstances, but also by customers during their routine visits.

We would like to share some comments made by the BSI auditors below:
The management system fully confirms to the ISO 9001 standard, having been demonstrated as efficiently handled and capable of achieving the expected results. Set targets were fully achieved and effectively monitored at the time of the re-examination. During the audit, which was carried out in person, many strengths were noted: continuous investment, the professionalism of the resources interviewed, the high level of customer focus, the understanding of one’s own role, the documentation system and the complete traceability of activities. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the personnel interviewed for their helpfulness and courtesy.

ISO 9001 certification is a landmark accreditation for Caleffi, initially achieved in 1992 with BSI and even earlier with ICIM in 1990 (at that time the reference standard was ISO 9002); retaining it means full re-certification of the system every 3 years and annual “surveillance” visits. ISO 9001 certification is not only a fundamental requirement for all manufacturing customers, but an independent choice, renewed year after year for over 30 years, to promote quality in every way and to offer all customers first-rate products and services.
