The solution, suitable for small residential systems where there is no dedicated technical room, includes:
· Wall-mounted boiler for heating and instantaneous domestic hot water production
· Water treatment devices (dirt separator and deaerator) for the protection of the boiler and, more generally, all system components
· Distribution manifold for radiant panel circuit complete with set point thermostatic regulating unit for regulation of the flow temperature to the radiant panels, plus distribution kit complete with shut-off valves and lockshield valve for supplying the towel warmers
· Strainer and pressure reducing valve at the domestic cold water inlet
· Polyphosphate dispenser at the boiler cold water inlet
· Domestic water distribution manifold, for bathroom circuit with individual shut-offs.
The solution is suitable for small residential systems, where there is no dedicated technical space and the domestic water hardness level is above normal.
The regulating unit built into the manifold controls the temperature and flow rate to the radiant panel system, while the towel warmers are supplied at high temperature.
The chrono-thermostat manages the regulating unit.
In order to control the boiler as well, make sure the relevant connections have been performed and consider using an auxiliary relay if required.
Note: The control, expansion and safety equipment must be sized according to the heating capacity and specific characteristics of the system, in compliance with current legislation. The electrical connections must be assessed in liaison with the relevant organisations to guarantee observance of operational and regulatory requirements.
