The 5212 Series SinkMixer™ is the perfect selection for that under sink application where the load requirement is from 0.35gpm to 2.3gpm. It is convenient with the for 3/8" compression connections which eliminate the need to add a Tee. It will meet the ASSE1070 requirements for a point-of-use thermostatic mixing valve limiting temperature at the mixed outlet at 120 degree F. It comes with a wall mounting bracket, adjustment tool, lock nut and cap to make the valve tamper resistant.
