2016 sponsorship signed
Last Thursday Matteo Manassero visited our Italian Headquarters to see the inner workings of one of his official sponsors. "I like to try and understand factories, to peep inside, watch machines working", said the Champion at the end of the visit with C.E.O. Giovanni Monti.
The day after, on the 27th of June, Matteo was ready to hit the links playing at the 8th hole with Caleffi customers from around the World, who were competing in the 20th annual Caleffi Invitational at Castelconturbia Golf Club.
Exciting news was also announced at this year’s event: Caleffi's sponsorship of Manassero was confirmed through 2016, when golf will be back to the Olympics after a century of exclusion. Matteo will look to represent Italy in Rio de Janeiro, the site of the XXXI Olympic Games. Good luck to Matteo in his attempt to qualify for the 2014 Ryder Cup team and we wish him a strong finish to the rest of the golf season.
