Get a Grip on Air Elimination
The DISCAL® air separator is used to continuously remove air contained in hydronic heating and cooling systems. The separators automatically remove entrained air down to the micro-bubble level with low head loss due to the unique internal shape of the separator body. The 551 Series separators are constructed to allow maintenance and cleaning operations to be carried out without having to remove the separator body from the pipe work, simplifying system maintenance.
DISCAL separators are available in brass sweat, NPT and the now-popular press connections as well as ANSI 150 flange connections.
