Faq - Frequent questions

It may be a problem of a dirty reducing valve or a rise in pressure due to a rise in temperature downstream of the reducing valve as the result of a boiler without an expansion vessel. To check, just switch off the boiler to see whether the pressure rises or not.If there is no domestic water heating system, the reducing valve is dirty. Normally, you will only have to clean the cartridge to reset correct operations.

You can send an e-mail to certificati.cumulativi@caleffi.com with the valve serial number, size and setting. We will quickly send you a PDF file with the cumulative certificate for your valve, which is normally accepted as a replacement for the original certificate (issued in a single copy).
