MILWAUKEE, WISC. – Thursday, July 25, 2019:   To support its commitment to deliver superior technical support, Caleffi North America, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Dan Firkus to the position of application engineer. Firkus is responsible for supporting and answering technical calls, e-mails and social media inquiries.

“When we receive a technical support inquiry, our customer typically needs immediate answers.  Our goal is to be the best in the business in providing the right answers right away. Dan’s extensive 27-year background in the trades combined with his product and application knowledge makes him a perfect fit for us and our customer,” said Kevin Freidt, Caleffi director of product management and technical support.
