Coffee with Caleffi™ Schedule

The popular educational series, Coffee with Caleffi™, is an online technical training webinar and is intended for contractors, designers and wholesalers. The complimentary one-hour training sessions are conducted by Caleffi personnel including Bob "Hot Rod" Rohr, our training and education manager, and features industry expert guest speakers.  

All Coffee with Caleffi webinars are free, but registration is required for real-time attendance.  After registering, you will be immediately forwarded a confirming email containing login details for attending the webinar.  When training time comes, grab a coffee, tune in and learn more about Caleffi’s innovative products and application support.

A Certificate of Attendance is emailed to all attendees following the webinar equivalent to 1.0 PDH for continuing education.   Please verify with your state/province for fulfillment compliance.

    It is of utmost importance to understand how to effectively apply mixing and balancing technology in order to optimize hot water delivery times, energy efficiency, water conservation and safety in domestic hot water (DHW) systems.  In this panel discussion, Cody Mack and Kevin Freidt will reveal common symptoms found in problematic DHW recirculation systems and how to effectively resolve these issues.  The seasoned duo will recap strategies they have shared with engineers and installers over the years, which led to a positive result for the occupants.

    → What to do if a mixing valve is not controlling the temperature consistently
    → How to size a digital mixing valve when replacing a thermostatic mixing valve
    → How to rectify DHW recirculation temperature fluctuations

    Cody has nearly 20 years’ experience as installation contractor, service technician, application engineer, product manager and national training manager for Caleffi. 

    Kevin is the director product management and technical support at Caleffi North America. Freidt has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology, more than 30 years of experience in the commercial plumbing and heating industry.

    Greg is an Application Engineer with 20+ years of field experience and technical support. He adds a well-rounded troubleshooting background to the Ask Caleffi technical support team. When he isn’t helping customers on the phone lines, he is often behind the microphone recording podcasts or in front of the camera producing demo videos from the Caleffi lab.
