Oyak Goksupark: "Home is where the family is."
The Oyak Göksupark project, located next to Göksu Park, where green meets blue in Ankara, consists of 15 high rise apartment blocks containing 1876 residences.

OYAK Chairman (E.), Major General Mehmet Taş, says: “Thanks to the support and trust we have received from our approximately 320,000 OYAK members, we are ever more committed to meeting our goals. While continuing to work hard to ensure the satisfaction of our members, we are honoured to move OYAK yet another step forward, with every new goal we propose. Our contemporary approach to urban planning at Oyak Göksupark can but add further value to the land” [credits guncelprojebilgileri]

The foreground pool promises tranquillity and happiness for families, complemented by fitness centres and foot paths. Social facilities are designed to foster a convivial, welcoming neighbourhood. Children’s playgrounds and activity areas are further facilities at the disposal of residents. Boasting over 38,000 m2 of landscaped areas, proximity to nature is guaranteed.

Details of the Oyak Göksupark project include a radiator-heating system. In variable flow-heating systems, differential pressure must be kept constant to ensure hydronic balance and differential Pressure Control Valves are ideal for this function. In the Oyak Göksupark project, 1876 Caleffi 140 series Differential Pressure Control Valves and 142 series Balancing Valves were used to implement this function. Apartments at the project are fitted with Differential Pressure Control Valves connected to the return pipe of the apartment’s heating system with a set differential pressure value and in the flow pipe, the Balancing Valves are pre-set to the flow rate. The 140 series valves maintain the pressure difference between both points (round-trip) of the hydronic circuit at the set value. Thanks to the 142 series valves, flow pre-setting and measurement can be implemented.
